We have had a group booking. Manager Mani took care of everything from the beginning to the end. Location is perfect as it's very close to Auroville major attraction and walking distance to all F&B venues. We have good good rooms with Balcony facing towards the Cashew farm. Rest went humble and decent. Stay was very economical with a decent breakfast. Perfect for a decent stay within Auroville.
Horrible experience all around. I came to this resort about a few days ago. The service was below comprehension. When we came to the room, the flush was not working, the TV was not working, the fan was not working, the food was also not great. The resort was not kept clean. When we asked for tumblers, they gave us paper cups. Will never recommend this resort. Due to the low food quality, we are forced to buy food from outside sources. Please don't bother going to this place. Worst resort of all time. Peace of mind was totally ruined. Those who wish to go to this resort, please err on the side of caution. This resort is below your expectations. Disgusting beyond words.
We were group of 04 people, we had a really bad experience.i will not recommend anyone to checkin this hotel.
1. Pool and rooms provided were very dirty.
2. Towels were provided only after multiple requests, and that too was there personal colourful towel.
3. Staff wasn't co-operative, they were laughing on complaints that we registered.
The property is well made but it is not well maintained.Staff doesn't care much. Room has cockroaches . Curtain rod fell on my friend and someone even slipped in the water leaked by AC on the balcony. Pool was nice and clean.
One of the worst outing experience. I went there with my family for a one day stay. Right from start to finish, everything went bad. The first room they gave was not even cleaned and smelly, in the second one they have - the bed was broken, and finally they gave a room where we can just stay. Then the pool - the water was dirty and smelling bad. Some guest were drinking near the pool. There was a power cut @ around 8.30pm and we stayed in the dark for 20minutes. And finally my son had got an insect bite and we had to rush to the doctor at 11.30pm in the night and we booked another hotel for the night. A booking which turned into a nightmare. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
The stay here was great. Rooms are amazing. The toilets are excellent. Air con works, the suite rooms also have a microwave. TV with set top box had all the channels. The hotel is not isolated and in fact it's located just off the main road. Staff is super friendly. Overall it's worth it to stay here if you r Un auroville.
Location was awesome but we waited for more than 2 hours to check in though We pre booked the resort. Generator was not working for the whole night. Breakfast we paid 100 per head was very very worst. Even coffee doesn't taste good. Worst service.
It's my honest response..i stayed in this property 12th to 14th August, paid 6000rs for 2 days stay. I had to wait for check in, the person in reception told me the room is getting cleaned. Got the room on 2nd floor, lift wasn't working..had to take the stairs with kids. Entered the room, room was spacious but no lights were working, no bucket or mug in the bathroom. Later had to call the reception and tell them to fix it. Best part is as swimming pool, kids had food time and complementary breakfast was very good. Incase you are want to visit this place, please check the rooms and then plan about staying here.

This is, hands down, the best place to have dosa and idlis. They have affordable prices and apart from the idli and dosa itself being quite tasty and always freshly made, they do the best chutneys and sambar. Really amazing and delicious chutneys!
