Never have I ever paid 1400 for a clean up before but decided to go for it at Purple Petals. When I pay that much amount, I expect some sort of extra face massages (that I don't get in the basic 500 INR clean up), some premium-ness in the service but there was none! I wonder why would someone pay 1400 for that basic clean up in which they don't even show you which products they are using. It is so absurd. I would have happily paid 400 INR for that clean up but never 1400. Definitely not worth the price.
The front desk staff who has recently been changed is super rude ... not only with theor own staff even with the clients...pls teach drm some basic manners .... else u will b losing loyal customers from the complex adjacent
Very disappointed with the behavior of the staff there. They didn't understand my requirements of waxing and ended up having a fight with me. When I asked for owner's number to talk to, the manager there simply denied my request. I had 3:30 appointment on 11th June. The manager said, go and post your review on Google, if you're disappointed. We can't let you talk to the owner.
I have had the worst experience ever. The service person was very harsh and was treating the customers just like a subject. Very inhumane treatment. I would never recommend anyone to go in for this salon ever.
Disappointed in the quality of service. I (male) got my beard and moustache shaped there, and they removed way too much unnecessarily and made my face look weird. The barber suggested he'll remove more to make it better and I said no. And I got some nasty cuts as well. Highly recommend a local barbershop, cheaper and does a better job.
