We stayed here with my 2 year old and the stay was excellent. Their hospitality is top notch. You can never see any of their staffs without a smile on their face. Those smiles made my day. Rooms and cleanliness are something to be adored. It's also a treat to your nostrils as the aroma is so good when you roam around the resort. Food is a bit costly though. Location is easily accessible. Overall a pleasant stay. Will surely recommend.
Stayed there for 2 nights with my wife and daughter. One of the best Hotel/Resort I have stayed with. Room Service and House keeping was excellent. It was the fastest room service and house keeping we have ever experienced. The staff is so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and food was very very good and reasonably priced. The property is well maintained and though they say it's 4 Star it's not too far from 5 Star standard. Special Thanks to Front office Staff Mr. Suhail and F & B Manager Mr. Shekar for taking care of us very well. Will definitely visit again.
Our stay for 2 nights and 3 days was a delight. The property is beautiful, the room was spick and span and well replenished. At reception the manager and staff were very helpful. Housekeeping was on point. The Restaurant Elephants and Coffee where we had our breakfast and dinner had a lovely spread which was loved by us and our child. Relished each meal. And change of menu daily. Thank you for the lovely experience.
I am so glad that we chose purple palms resort for our family vacation. The moment we arrived the resort, the front desk staff took care of everything and were very courteous. We booked a panorama room which had a great view. The room was spick and span. Anyone traveling with their kid like us would be concerned about the hygiene and food but purple palm resort checked off these two boxes exceeding expectations. It's a kid friendly resort that offered baby food and milk as complimentary twice a day which was awesome They provided complimentary fruits, cookies and chocolates as well. We also had a great time in their pool, indoor games and kids play area. All the staff were very friendly. Major tourist attractions like Golden temple, Nisargadhama are very close by. On the whole we would definitely recommend purple palm resort as a great place to stay !!!!
We had an excellent stay at Purple Palms resort. The room was spick and span (very clean). It had all the basic necessities that one could ask for, the service from the staff was top notch; they did everything possible to keep the customers happy. The food served in the restaurant was really good. We had all our meals there and enjoyed every bit of it. Our 3 year old daughter also enjoyed her time there. The only thing we felt there was dampness smell In the room which didn't go even after the housekeeping staff applied some room freshener. Nevertheless, this did not hamper our stay too much, as at the end of it, we felt it was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city if one is in need of a short break. We will definitely go back in the near future.
We recently spent 2 nights at the Purple Palms resort. The resort service was outstanding from check-in, housekeeping (Saleem), amenities (gentleman manning the pool area), restaurant service (Shaker and especially Putaraju)and to check-out. They went out of their day to make your stay special. Complimentary biscuits, chocolates each day. Pool and gym facilities are great. Grounds are kept well and create the sensation of being in a lush tropical area. Highly recommend; the service is really exceptional.
Purple Palms Resort and Spa is not just a place to stay; it's an experience that combines luxury, hospitality, and a personal touch. My family and I left with cherished memories and a desire to return to this haven of comfort and relaxation. This establishment truly stands out for its exemplary service, delicious cuisine, diverse activities, and, most notably, its outstanding manager, Mr. Shekar.
4 star hotel with some restrictions on facility access like gaming zone from 8 am to 8 pm same for swimming pool. A bit expensive compare to other resorts. Rooms 5/5 Service 5/5 Location 3/5 Food 3/5 Resort 4/5
