I have never thought i would ever join gym in my life. But joining Purple gym is the best decision i have made. There's both general and personal training available . I couldn't believe i lost 6 kgs in 16 days. All thanks and credits goes to the trainer Kannika akka. She is very supportive and motivating. One of the best gyms for ladies in town.

I am very relieved to join this gym. Trainers are friendly and they guide us very well. They motivate and support to reduce weight. The gym is well equipped and comfortable for workout. They give different workouts each day. Very comfortable for ladies.

Very good place to start your weight lose plan. You can see results right after two weeks. Good trainer. Very friendly environment. It's just perfect ! Lot of diet plan ideas and different different exercises each day.

Personal training is really great. I was over weight, unmotivated and shy to go to the gym.I had a friendly,motivating and well knowledged Miss.Kannika as my personal trainer and now I lost 9kg and gained my body stamina in just 3 months. Most comfortable and convenient ladies gym in nagercoil. I have never seen this type of hi-fi gym for ladies. I feel so good after i joined here. Friendly staffs and good atmosphere to work on your weight. I had received personal training from kannika mam. Kannika mam is such an inspiration she would be so supportive, encouraging and care evryone. Overall a nice and comfortable place to workout. Its not just a place for fitness but it's also a place of joy and fun.
