Location is good and all necessarily shops , cafes and bar are available in surrounding. Room are clean and tidy. Service is okay sometimes slow but they make up for you Staff is polite and humble and helpful .

Good location. The hotel is in front of Druid Garden. In this area, there are 3 breweries within 1km. We stayed 4 nights. Ac and wifi worked great. front stuff and cook was nice, too. I checked couple rooms before stay and seems like some rooms need to be updated.

Very bad property maintenance. Absolutely no concern for guests. Super noisy neighbours. No organised safety for guests. Called this property to enquire about a night's stay. Specifically mentioned that I will be needing one complete apartment for my stay. The host agreed and asked me to check in before 12am. Travelled for 20kms to reach the property. After check in, I was provided with only ONE single room. When I tried to take this up with the host, they simply said that its not available! If it wasn't available, isn't it their responsibility to inform me about it before I checked into the property?

I recently had the displeasure of staying at your hotel,(Highland Estates, #83, 8th cross, 20th Main Rd, behind Indus Ind Bank Building, G Block, Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560092) and I must say it was a truly terrible experience. The level of service I received was far below my expectations, and I feel compelled to provide you with feedback so that you can improve your operations. Firstly, upon check-in, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. I was greeted with a dismissive attitude, and my questions regarding the amenities (water bottle) and local attractions were met with vague and unhelpful answers. It left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a guest. The condition of my room was equally disappointing. The cleanliness was subpar, with visible stains on the blanket and the towels provided were rough to the touch. It was evident that the room hadn't been adequately maintained, and it negatively impacted my overall comfort during the stay. Another major issue was the lack of responsiveness from the reception desk . Despite multiple requests, my room leaving me without fresh towels and toiletries for an extended period. Overall, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of disappointments, ranging from the indifferent front desk service to the lackluster. As a paying guest, I expected a certain level of quality and professionalism, which was sorely lacking during my stay. I hope this feedback take immediate steps to address the issues I have raised. Improving the service. I genuinely believe that with the right improvements, your hotel can provide a more enjoyable experience for future guests. .
