Service is Good! I love the Hair Spa there as they don't mix local brands and they only use professional brands like SP etc at a low cost. And I got Diamond facial done from there, worth the money. Many of my friends & colleagues could note the change in my skin tone and it lasted for a long time. Staffs are polite and friendly.

First, there was no transparency in the pricing. When asked for catalogue they were not ready to share and charged their own price. The girl was good in doing the facial but terribly spoiled my eyebrows. Had to get up and cancel the brow trimming in mid.. Cost is way too high.

Her makeup and salon was so good ! I booked her for my marriage I lasted for hours till late night !!! Her work was very professional and products used by her was highend which was very suitable for my skin !! Thanks so much for your great work!!!! Love your work !!

Worst service . My first experience itself horrible. I really wanted to get up and come out when she did eyebrows trimming. That beautician needed my sister also for help just for threading. Charged also more. Please improve your customer service and employ qualified people.

My experience with purple salon was very good. The staff is very nice and good at their job. I will particularly recommend the beauty care given by Varsha( for a pedicure-manicure or a massage) and the wonderful Prerna who provides some amazing facial beauty care, i have seen a great improvement in skin texture. I love the service of purple Beauty Salon and spa. Diamond face is very good and pearl face also very good. I did hair spa is very good and my hair fall is less and i got good massage also .

I had bad experience with my hair ( bangs ). May be she was in the rush about her appointments, I really had no idea, but she was trying to be friendly and made me calm down I really appreciate that.
