Worst experience. Dirty room. No proper ac , water service. Sharing bathrooms. Power cut multiple times. Very far from city, no proper road there, Not safe to stay with family, Go only when you unable to find any hotel.

Worst place and rooms are smelling badly.. don't ever try this hotel and Non co-operative staffs

Horror hotel room no 102. I felt someone was there. Light buttons were getting automatically switched off. I left the room and slept whole night in car. Never visit the Very bad hotel, very worst.... There is no any facilities. you have to pay rs. 20 for water everytime you need. There are lots of mosquitos here and fans too doesn't work properly. There is only one charging plug. There is one stand which also doesn't work properly. Now you have to think either you charge your phone or play table fan in it. I request to all who want to stay here please carry a mosquito net and 5-6 litre water bottle, even I request to not to stay here. I'm here for 3 days and it's my first day experience there is two more day bathroom facility are also not good. Eventually it is a very bad hotel to stay

Everything horrible. Room size, cleanliness, services, location, pricing. Very untidy and unclean and unpolished staff. Even only for one night it was a nightmare

i will write my own experience, i was travelling solo and forgot the charger for my macbook. I am a remote software developer and my clients are mostly in the west, so there was a very important meeting with the client at 11 PM and unfortunately, my MacBook was out of charge. I was under a lot of stress as the meeting was imp, I asked the staff if they had a charger but they were not having it, as soon as the owner became aware how imp th meeting was he sent one of the staff members in the dead of the night to fetch a MacBook charger and i was able to attend the meeting. service was above expectations and the food served was the main attraction for me It is easily accessible and located in a very peaceful neighbourhood. My experience was nothing less than that of perfect. I recommend it to everyone who is searching for a hotel.

My experience is very bed here.. there is no staff.. it's doesn't looks like a hotel at all.. it's seems a house... Owner of property stay in front of gate all time.. i stay for a night I was working and had a client call suddenly power cut i request then to give backups power but they didn't start generator.. i said I can charge my laptop but my bike but for that I need to keep my bike on but they didn't allow and finally at mid night i left hotel went out and side of road i keep my bike start and work there for 3 hour's from 1am to 4 am in very cold and it was Little rain also was there.. i never suggest this place to anyone.. even the rooms are not good.. please find my attached picture

Worst room quality and cleaning

Room was clean but small. water is boring water for drinking else paid bislery available. Location is a the "sunsaan ilaka".
