bought a laptop a few months ago for a low price. It has good configuration and is in neat condition. I'm impressed with its performance.
I purchased a laptop on June 2023; however, after three months the keyboard button stops working. I took it to the shop to repair it unfortunately, they don't have a spare piece for the laptop bought and not a customer friendly shop. Also, the person in the shop is justifying that it works well. Then slowly I explained to him about its not working and he pretended as if keypad condition is good. They will make the customer sit for a long time without stating a proper reason for its non-working condition. It is fine that they have provided a six-month service warranty but it is highly intolerable of not having a spare. This shop is just a distributor of second-hand laptops and they have spare parts only for selected brands. Purchase a product only if they give a spare warranty. Else I won't recommend this shop.
