Worst Service... Didn't expect this type of service from this showroom. I said all the issues, they checked it and did service itseems, but I didn't observe any changes after service. Better to stay quiet rather than wasting money. Moreover they are not even answering my questions properly... I asked for what are all they gonna do in service that they charge 413rs, they are unable to answer it, in my opinion the cost is too much for their work.

A month back did service since vehicle gets off automatically though the battery is fully charged and once it's off it won't ON at all. Today again I faced the same issue. I paid 600/- + 150/- in total which includes the private vehicle transportation to take my vehicle to the service center. Did a big mistake buying this vehicle. Not sure what is happening in service center.

Worst Of worst response from the team.. since if we visit showroom non of them are even responding correctly and not talking also.... so it's embarrassing customers, major they are not responding for calls also even I have called the guy called Santhosh he said he was responsible for the showroom while we purchased vehicle and now he is not responding even if we talking to him..... Most worst and even sales women also not responding to customer... These people's are not value customers.. But the service guy Alexender was good person he approached us and collected details about bike issues.. and done good job.. Guys don't visit to worst showroom

Resently brought 7g pro from this showroom my buying experience was amazing. In my opinion pro is an very good option in this price range i brought it @108000 only, i am getting decent range around 140-150 which is very good compre to any other alternative.i also suggest people reading this review not to think too much, just buy and start saving.

Worst service ,now started problems monthly 2 times we have to visit showroom. No one co- operate properly . Costly spare parts...and costly service.. Now started battery issues ,light issues ....

I purchased EV vehicles from this yelahanka showroom, while purchasing they give all assurance and nothing will be met once we go there for service, battery range too horrible and after sales for everything they charge in warranty period also. Very much disappointed with their after sales service.

Vehicle details: Kms Driven : 550 (when I was in showroom) Days old : 22 Days (bought on 25 Feb 2022) Avg Speed : 30~40kms driven in ORR between Hebbal and Whitefield Vydehi Hospital Parking : Since i'm WFH, i use my Parking area in apartment and not in any Common Parking areas Scenario that Happened: On 19th March, I called the showroom and informed them that i will be coming to collect the vehicle number plate, RSA and Extended warranty document. Also, I informed that I would be willing to do the 1st service and they asked me come over. After reaching the owner informed me that the service can't be done, so I asked him to check the noise that used to come in the back wheel in the stating of the vehicle and later fades away once the vehicle moves forward. The new technician initially said the noise could be due to high weather and later figured out whats the issue. I really want to thank him for identifying the brake lever has gone and he replaced instantly. If god forbid, if he didn't recognize this issue probably i would have landed with something fatal due to brake failure. This raises a quality concern on what PURE EV is providing. Smart businessmen to prove the spare part that is fixed internally is damaged by customer. I have no scratches on the handle grip and the lever ends, but the dealer has all the story building to verbally prove how I can damage a internal product without any external damages They are not ready to even investigate to see if there is any chances for this during the transport of vehicle or even during the movements of vehicle in their warehouse. Very confident to bill the employee and blame him for internal damage. The shop owner makes statements that 'You don't want to pay the bill, so you are making stories', seriously. If I can buy your vehicle in full cash, you think I need to take a loan and beg you for that, very unprofessional owner. I traveled all the way from whitefield to buy the bike here, and they are not worth it. Lot of things to share, but the best I can share is to avoid this dealer...not a logical person to understand and solve customer problem. Customer doesn't mean anything to them and all they need is bill payments. The owner made funny statements informing not to expect any customer service from him and he is not going to sell any of his ancestral properties to make customer happy. I have paid Rs.330 rupees today for PureEv Brake Lever quality issue. My advice to anyone buying from here, please ask them to remove the head lamp cover and show you the brake levers before taking the delivery. Else any fatal damage can happen to you. They have all the reasons to say quality check has happened and the sticker is stuck on it and they are not responsible for the breakage. Please stop fooling customers

Worst dealer, no spare parts availability for any issues showroom employees says waiting for showroom owner for any issue to get resolved. I purchased etrance within month time pedal came out from left arm of crank it is manufacturing defect right pedal is intact. No documents no tool kit and t&c for vehicle. I would recommend not to buy anything from this dealer. Dealer Response is attached don't forget to view it. As per my invoice dated 28.11.22 my vehicle is 2 month old only
