Great ... It is not just a hostel it's love
This is an awesome hostel simply because of its location.Go to the class or go to the central library you will have to burn few calorie with a few steps.And so about food and play.Eat near the first gate and play at the mela ground. But if you are a hostel resident only then you can know the problems like any other hosteler. But the friends,juniors or seniors you will get here(not all but most of them) are the things you will cherish forever.
this hostel is builded centre of visva bharati university..all the main office and department surrounded by this hostel.. I'm stayed here since 2 years..the condition and facilities are not that higher but the calamity & others hostellers are awesome! they become more than friends as brother.. i already love this hostel as my second home..
Very eco friendly hostel for students
The best thing about this boys hostel is it's location. Almost all the offices and other facilities are in reach compared to other hostels. And the cherry on top is the Poush mela ground just in front of it.
Purba palli senior boys hostel it is also known as Vidya Bhavan boys hostel. There are 8 blocks in this hostel. This are a b c d e f g h blocks. H block is separated. World class canteen also here. We miss aloo paratha and moghlai from Madhu Da's hand. A block is known as research scholar block. There are two beds in a room. A dormitory room is also here. Cycle stand facility is also here. Every students are live like a family. Purba palli senior boys hostel is located centre of Shantiniketan. Poush Mela Ground is located in front of vidya Bhavana senior boys hostel. Student of arts group like department of Bengali department of geography department of history department of philosophy department of Sanskrit department of are stay here. All student of this hostel are njoy hostel life very much. In Shantiniketan there are festival. All student are enjoyed this festival. Senior student and junior student are very good relationship. Anandabazar is one of the famous festival in Shantiniketan. Previous night of Anandabazar program every students in this hostel are enjoyed very much. This is the one of the famous picnic program of Purva palli senior boys hostel. Besides the previous Night of Basanta utsav student are enjoyed very much. Common room of the hostel is heart of the hostel. Every student are passing there time in common room.
