There are about 8 platforms where the trains arrive. A large waiting area, on the cleanliness scale I would rate Central 4/5 but kudos to the staff for trying to maintain the station. For food I would give it 3/5, I mean there are couple of eateries but having something western or oriental will help the deed. Accessibility wise I would give it 5/5 as you got the metro and the bus stop right in front. Trains from various parts of India come here so it's one of the most important stations out there. Overall if you're planning to catch a train, it's a really nice place.
