Puratan Qila - Resort hotel in Sawai Madhopur, Bhuderda - Sawai Madhopur, India

Beautiful property, designed like a fort. It's located near the main road and the approach road is bumpy, but once you get there, it is a wonderful place. Spacious, tasteful rooms and bathrooms with all the required amenities. The staff is very courteous (especially Mr Rajendra at the restaurant) and we were happy with the food too. Since the number of guests was low, they didn't have the buffet service. But they were able to provide whatever we wanted. They also give a snack bag for those going on the evening safari. This is a very thoughtful gesture. It's an expensive hotel but worth the price.

Staff is cordial At the restaurant, they take good care of the guests choices and preferences. The waiters and the entire team is concerned for the guests visit to the National Park and their experience there. The store keeper too is cooperative. The area outside on the west and north side should be taken care off Over all , a good experience

We had a stay here in June 2022. It was a wonderful trip. This resort is located near the National Park. One can view the mountains from the room. The resort is well-maintained. The staff is well-behaved, cooperative and kind. The food is delicious and well-prepared. The rooms are spacious and all the amenities are provided for our convenience. Will definitely plan our stay here next time.

The services are so slow. You order water in your room and you sure have to wait for 2-3 hours. You order towels another 2-3 hours. The food is decent. we booked our safari via hotel 15 days in advance. They took the full amount and still failed to book our safari. On the day of the safari we were informed that it got cancelled (because they never booked it) upon calling several times. very careless attitude from the hotel.

We made the best choice by booking this resort. As it was our first visit to Rajasthan, we were anxious about the stay. Puratan Qila's team did a marvellous job in hosting my family for 3 days. Their "athithi satkar" (hospitality) is way beyond expectations. 1. Well maintained rooms. Full property is well maintained. 2. Quality of food is excellent. Breakfast buffet had lot of variety. We did alacarte for lunch and dinner. Too good. 3. Customer service is top notch. Staff is so humble. 4. Security team did a great job. I had forgot my bag in the safari gypsy after they dropped me at the resort. My mobile was in that bag. There was no easy way to reach the safari driver to ask him to come back. But since the security had written down the safari driver name and mobile number in the register when they had come to pick me up, he immediately called the driver and my bag was returned safely. Management team:- Keval Singh, Shiv Singh and Yogi ji and their respective team are doing a great job.

Stayed in the hotel in the month of November 23. Everything was nice, rooms, pool, washroom etc. We're clean and hygienic. Mr Santosh yaday, restaurant manager, was very friendly and helpful. He is an asset to the property. Enjoyed a lot. Wish to visit again.

Puratan qila good for stay. Good room, location, atmosphere. They should work on menu. If we stay 2 night 3 days menu reapets . Limited options for Jains. But staff manage. If we book safari through this hotel pick up facility available. Service good.

Fabulous place to stay. I stayed here for 3 nights. The design of the resort is excellent. The rooms are beautifully made, and they are super spacious. The service was good. The staff are helpful and courteous. The food was excellent. The breakfast menu was limited and did not had much good options. Further, this place is a little inside from the main road. However, rest everything was good regarding this resort. Also they made arrangement for tiger safari on short notice. Rates were reasonable and totally worth to have a unique experience of stay.
