We have booked flat on 2018, Possession date on aggrement is Dec 2021. They got extention till OCT 2022 due to Covid. Now they again gave revised date of May 2024, which is also not sure. We have lost lot of money by paying EMI and rent. We are going through lot of financial challenges, discussed with Puraniks team many times.. personally and over email..all we got till now is false commitment. There's is no one to compensate our financial and emotional trauma we are going through.

One person reviewing multiple projects in pune mumbai neral, how is it possible .Mahabakwas employees at CRM at Aldea Phase 6 and 7 project and in each and every department. resorts to each and every tactics to put the customer down . does not deliver on time. does not respond timely to emails .1 year has passed and still has not completed the mechanical parking work for half of the residents due to which everyone is parking wherever they find space ad hoc ,proudly says 2 wheeler parkings are not provided in any project , park it wherever you people want .Always provides new dates and just keeps delaying stuff. No transparency when asked about anything/completion date .Lifts are bad quality , always failing every now and then and no one has accountability , its just 1 incident 1 repair that's it . 3 incidents happened so far but very poor response from their representative and no response from directors . They don't value human life. They don't value you after payment is done. Water supply pipes are always having issues with dirt flowing in occasionally in the taps. Very poor workmanship .Their facilities employees threaten the residents of legal actions in case anyone reports problems publicly and try to silence them using legal tactics even when its them who is at fault. you have ruined your brand name in pune, at onset you never had one looking at the worst quality and substandard work . Wish this is your last project in pune city. Do not invest in any of their projects. Useless fellows

I booked my flat in Tresora, Grant Central, Vartak Nagar Thane location in the year of 2019. I am still waiting for Car Parking and surprising thing is nobody is responding from CRM team upon this issue since 2 years after possession.

I paid booking amount 50,000 they said you will get refund in 30-45 days just lock your unit if you not required you can cancel and take refund back after I cancel in 12th day they said wait 30 days crms team will contact you and they will refund your money no any response from then they are not responding ignoring my call and msges beware don't trust on puraniks

Joined in year 1998, working from past 25 years in Puraniks now. Great company to work for. Good n kind directors, Wonderful working culture. Great mix of old n new employees. Good to see some colleagues retiring after such a long service in this company. A lot to learn for every new comer and their professional stability. Thank you Puraniks for giving me great exposure n learning and making me what I am today!

A big cheater I have booked flat few yrs back at the time of sale he haven't mention the SRA tenants will stay in same building when i cancel my flat they refuse to give back my 50000 rs .. beware before buying
