Thank you very much because you make the place available for our first get-together. By this I am sending some suggestions that make your commitment true. Your spoken word didn't match with reality.
1.rule are useful to manage the work but it never be treat to hospitality culture.
2.Misal Pav, Besan, are your choice to offer as breakfast after charging 2600 rupees.
3. Money matters. No doubt. But hospitality is must. I and my whole group didn't get good hospitality. It was annoying to asked about money again and again.
4.If the fix member aren't come with some issues. There is no need to charge for absent no. Of members. If the difference is high then only your rule will be meaningful.
5. In case of Charging if you are counting all absent members but while makeing brekfast, tea,lunch, dinner you are counting all presents only. It create questions on standard.

With due respect I would like tell some important suggestions
1.offer three to four items in breakfast.
2. compair the verities in food that offers by others .
3work on hospitality management.
Awesome place...Rooms were clean and staff was very cooperative...They went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Food was also very tasty... Will definately suggest my friends and other family members to visit Purandar Agri Tourism...
One day trip to this amazing place makes our day awesome. Really the trip was fun and it's a reserved area so it's neat and clean, pollution free. The breeze makes us pleasant.
This peak is a beautiful place in the lap of Nature and is isolated from commercial activities.This place is known for exquisite sunrises and sunsets....

Had a wonderful stay and created beautiful memories ... the place is awesome tht it looks in pictures . The ppl here are warm and friendly and always available to help .... The rooms r spacious and extremely clean ... the weather here is the icing on the cake
Place is very good and hygienic. Food was also very tasty and sufficient qty.
Naturally beautiful hill top but good for one day trip and not in summer as there is no AC and charages are on slightly higher side compared to aminities. View is beautiful. Good during winter.

We were group of friends who chose Purandar Agri Tourism for a small get together and an overnight stay.
The host (Mrs. Suryavanshi) did pay a lot of attention to our requirements and managed to tailor-make the package to suit our purpose. From communication to coordination and eventually the execution was top class.
The location of the property is the USP, the views are amazing.
Food was good, veg as well as nonveg (we had just requested for Biryani in nonveg).
Rooms are neet and clean, we had booked for the Dormitory.
Swimming pool is small but, did not matter.
Just two suggestions -
1. The owners are already taking some efforts for increasing the greenery, would advise to plant more and more trees. We know that the area is in a low water zone and they have been relying on farm ponds to regulate the water supply.
2. The approach road from the gate till the property isn't built and may be an issue during rains for vehicles with low ground clearance. We managed with a sedan and a hatchback in month of April. It'd be great if this internal road is made better.
