This called her quila . Quila is a oldest place there have no any old building like as mahal or forts. Calling her quila because it's top of panipat city highest point where we can see all city stand there in this area. In oldest time it's cover by wall arround the city nearest this quila can see very narrow way and old House. This way or Street hardline 3-4 feet. There also a library for students can read books and magazines etc in this library. Beside of library have 2 parks where can be enjoy picnic party and morning evening walks .
The place is good but the surroundings are outdated .. the gate is jammed in soil.. u can't go inside with cycle easily .. all of the swings are broken.. so I think there are much better options in Sai Baba chowk rather purana quila .. that's all from my side thanks..
