This is the only original Azamgarh's famous Kalika restaurant. They don't have any other branch anywhere in the country. The mutton is the famous and the delicious of all the dishes you get here. There are 4-5 tables where one can sit and eat or can get it packed and take away. The only reason for 3 star is that the staff is very much unprofessional. You need to shout and shout and shout to make them listen which they'll do after an hour. But if you go in afternoon, there will be no crowd and you'll get your preferred piece as well. People are very much ignorant. But be patient, it will be worth if you're a mutton lover.
The best place to have mutton curry. As we know that this is the first branch located in Azamgarh. I started my visit when i was in class 10 in 2005. And my recent last visit a month ago. I can say i didn't find any difference in the taste. The taste will makes you more hungry. That craving will last longer. So I'm just talking about only this branch.
