Very well organised of all items store saleswomen are helpful but air conditioner needs improvement. Management need to look into to keep the surrounding area clean and improve parking facilities to avoid parking in the entrance of the VP garden causing chaos to the public at large.

Great departmental store in the Thanjavur city having all types of home appliances and utensils. This store has several branches around the city. We can buy almost all like sports, vegetables, home appliances, watches and so on. It has a separate showroom for Titan watches beside it

I have purchased one product it's not taken a week . That products get more bugs and when we cooked . Small stones are there. I have tried to reach Customer care number.. no one response and pick the call.

I went this store for repair service and buying new cooker, but service staff bad and rude behaviour turn down.. Spoiled atmosphere ...quality of the product also questionable after seeing repair section rush and worst service...

Super Awesome place to purchase all thing available

The sales persons try to push specific brands. Bought a IFB air conditioner and wasted my money. The product is too bad and the service is poor. PPDS is not responsible for service but the sales persons canvased so much to buy this product. Do research and then visit the store.
