You can hire a guide for just Rs100 (subject to change) and they will guide you throughout and explain. Also you get to see the 7d experience (not very impressive but worth a watch). Ticket Price :- 150 per person for entry + additional 50 for 7D show The museum takes 4 hours to explore if you want to read and understand every thing in detail and 1 hour 30 minutes if you just go with lesser details. The museum has 8 galleries in total which has 8 crucial pieces of Indian heritage. Photography in all galleries has been allowed recently and touching items there is not allowed. Please carry enough water there as it takes time to explore this museum and there is no drinking water facility. Washrooms are available.

Very good museum. It gives lot of information about war history of India, mainly involvement of punjab force. There is a huge 45mtr sword marking glory of the vigor and honor of the armed force. The ticket costs 150rs, 50 rs additional if you are opting for 7D theater. It would have been better to reduce this ticket cost to allow more people. The guide charge is only 100rs which is very nominal. I recommend to use guide option. Another suggestion could be to use non Punjabi language as option in the 7d theater. The theater condition is deteriorated because of poor maintenance.

A good war memorial to visit with kids. The memorial also has 7D show that is not to be missed. Entry fee is Rs 150/- (Rs50 extra for 7D show) that is very high considering non-commercial objective of memorial. Entry fee should be maximum Rs 50/- only. Defence personnel and dependents are entitled for 50 % concession on entry fee. It's not advisable to visit this place with HOHO bus as we get only one hour in HOHO bus that is very less.

Nonetheless, it's a must-visit for history enthusiasts and a great place to honor Sikh Gurus and our heroes.

There is nothing special in this museum, it's just normal weapons all around. But its good enough to see the 3D show
