Great food and atmosphere!! Had the mix chicken kebab platter. Really good but the center of two pieces weren't fully cooked. The service staff was attentive however the food service was slow. We went there about 2pm.

The food here is really great! The service could be a bit better! Butter chicken was absolutely delicious!

The Punjab Grill has a very concise menu with punjabi favorites in a casual dining setup at more reasonable costs. The menu has some of the most delicious punjabi food you'll ever come across. Right from the starters to their gravies to their renowned biryanis.

Possibly the worst experience of "fine" dining I've had to date. When we got to the door, there was no one to greet us despite clearly having a valet/reservation desk outside. We got seated, proceeded to order only to be made to order more by the waiter. The waiter was pushing us to order one main each plus appetizers, which we never do when we eat Indian food. We clearly said that we had enough food and we could always order more later. When asking the level of spice of the dish, the waiter and the cook had a laugh at our expense because we asked for medium spice. We regularly eat Indian food in Australia and are used to the spices. Unsurprisingly, we had too much to eat and food was bland and clearly lacking spice. We did not get thanked by the staff when we were settling our bill and no one bothered to even say goodbye. Worth noting: 10% service fee is charged. For what service? Avoid at all costs and go eat in a cheaper eatery, you will get better service and better food.

One star for cleanliness only. Else it's a zero. Glasses were not made available on the table asap. Water and glasses arrived much later. The staff seems trained to make indian customers wait. They also asked us to shift to another table even though we had ordered n were enjoying our drinks. There was another table occupied by Asian ladies who were just reading magazines sipping diet coke. They were not asked to shift. All tables with foreigners got faster service. The food itself is expensive and it's not one bit different than what you get in a dhaba in lonavala. The service and the pricing is simply not justified. And they put up a board that says we take 10% service tax. Shameful.

Food is good, food takes very long, music is very loud.

We went in for an official lunch. The ambience is pretty good since the location is at corporate hub and thus most of the clientele are from the aforementioned class. The food quality though was below par and restaurant could enhance the quality. Some major downs were that the ingredients weren't fresh and the chef (probably) does too much experiment with authentic flavours. To sum up, it may be good for a small official meet but wouldn't recommend for meals.
