Staff is very cooperative. Doesn't seem like it's a govt diagnostic centre. Very well managed and very clean place. They will take care of the patient fully and make you comfortable. Just the waiting time is sometimes an issue. Otherwise 5 stars.

Worst experience for MRI. They gave an appointment of 2.30 pm, after we reached 2 pm they said wait for 15 minutes and we will call you. After waiting for almost 3 hours they called us. My mother had an accident 25 days ago and there is no strength in her hand(wrist joint) to keep it still/ stable so doctor has asked for MRI. But instead of understanding our problem, they avoid saying that your mother is shaking her hand. And then said wait we will call after a while. They did MRI of almost all of them. And after 2 hours they called us(after requesting again and again). But speaking too arrogant and treating subordinates badly. We spend about 5+ hours there for only 15 minutes of work. Time has no value for them. They doesn't matter how emergency you are and what your problems are. And they are protectors of mankind and humanity, shameful.

Worst service to arrogant staff are there in pote hospital it's better to go Swami samartha charitable trust in pune they provide best services at same rate as pote hospital as well as very good staff .. ..

I don't know why so many negative reviews, I had very good experience here, its very affordable, in private MRI was costed 15K here its done in just 4K, that's the reason, the place is crowded, you should schedule appointment and then you have to visit on time, that's it, then you don't have to wait.

Worst experience ever.....this not cheap as the say this municipal corporation hospital. Very high rates than private diagnosis centre for MRI.... Receptionist said WHOLE SPINE MRI for 7050Rs but I done it at 2900 in private one.....big scam

It may have cheaper rates and facilities but the staff is too rude and some of them are inexperienced.. request the management to look after the staff and their behaviour and take necessary action as patients are suffering because of your rude and illiterate staff.. rest machinery is good but very bad experience with the staff

Staff is efficient, well mannered & polite. Well maintained diagnostic centre with economical rates for various diagnostic tests.

We faced very worst experience at Pote Hospital. We have booked appointment for MRI, On appointment day they asked us to come early by 1 hour when we reached to Hospital they just ask to seat out for 5 10 minutes. After half an hour call us for billing!!! And again ask to seat. No proper communication, when you tried to ask them for further process, got only one answer like Seat WE WILL CALL YOU!! our appointments was on 1.15PM ,they ask us to come by 12.30 as. slot available. They took for MRI for 2.30PM!!! FOR billing they took almost half hour without any reason!! Affordable price doesn't means take patient as granted. No value for time. No proper management. No proper communication. It is very hectic when you are with senior citizen. They just don't care about patient situation and TIME!
