I first met Shakeena In one of the top Ayurveda centres in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia two over decades ago! I liked her the second i met her. I am extremely fortunate to have reconnected with her recently again. She warmly invited me to stay at her center where her home also is. We decided to have two weeks of treatment. One of the major unique points is that she makes some of the medicinal concoctions at home. A true herbal Alchemist indeed. I also throughly enjoyed the home cooked meals which was cooked with Love. I tasted the best dhall ever!! . Shakeena is not only a Magician in the kitchen but as a therapist as well as she operates from her heart . Almost every service could be provided at the centre. The Rt Pcr, blood test personnels attented me all at the cantre. Talk about convenience . It is amazing i lost 4 kgsin two weeks!! I loved watching the Sunrise every day on the rooftop which overlooked the cows, vegetable farm and a huge lake nearby which provided open air gyms. It is a good location. When Shakeena had some free time which was rare, She would take me shopping, checking out other eateries, hairdressers and made sure i had first class service at the airport checking in as well. They waited at the airport to make sure everything went smoothly. I am truly touched by her families kindness and hers. Forever Grateful and hope to do my Ayurveda maintenance back there in time. I had an excellent pain relieving massage with liberal use of hot herbal oil. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend this centre for people who are looking for a massage with nominal charges.

I was unable to lift my left hand vertically. I have gone to this centre and get oil massages and heat therapy and stem bath for 5 sitting and now I can lift my left hand all around. It is miraculous and there is magic in the hand of John Prasad Sir. I am very happy with the treatment of John Prasad Sir.

Excellent service and very cooperative. Thanks to Mrs Sakina and Doctor to gave us a good relieved and recovery during a minimal time. My wife had a disc prolapsed and surgery was the last option as per other doctors. We took the second opinion from this ayurvedic center and started the treatment and thankfully she's now recovering a lot. Thank you.

I have known Shakeena, the proprietor and chief therapist at the centre for many years, much before she opened Punarnava Centre here in Palanahalli, Bangalore North. She was my therapist at the hospital where I was admitted for treatment several years ago. I have been visiting Punarnava Ayurveda for the last ten years. There is magic in her fingers. She is a natural and her touch can heal ailing bodies. I am so proud of what she has achieved with this centre. Reasonably priced, the treatments are affordable to everyone who visits the centre. The oils and other medications used for treatments are mostly prepared at the centre itself. The therapists are well trained and efficient, and give each patient a personalised massage experience. The visiting doctor is experienced and prescribes medicines that are effective and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Punarnava Ayurveda Centre to everyone.
