I been for my free health check up through mediclaim. After doing Blood test, next day blood clot was observed and since 1 week the pain and clot still persists despite doing icing and applying balm. Kindly look for other centre's options as now again you u have to take brunt of applying cream and pain bcos of their negligence.
I would not even give 1 star actually negative experience all together and just looting the patients mediclaim i will never go to them again. Dr is also not polite very rude and aggressively angry all the time . Worst experience never go there
Visited here for annual health check up with mom. Plus and minus points mentioned below: - No elevator for senior citizen. Hospital is located on 2nd floor and you have to climb stairs - Entrance desk staff seem rude. Not a hint of politeness while speaking. - Hygiene maintenance seems zero. They have a pathology lab which is barely maintained. And the blood pouches in their collection are hung over in balcony than stored in a room. + Testing and checkup equipment work fine. Technicians and doctors are good during procedure and while questioning - Hospital staff have said the report delivery will be within 2 days and we have to personally collect it. Despite providing mail IDs they won't mail the reports to you. You have to come all the way again. + Will recommend this place for annual health checkup. Not for routine at all if you fall sick or have a serious issue. Try some other hospital.

Earlier couple of times when I was admitted here it was good experience though they did it because of mediclaim applicable to me. But after covid looks like they are short of patients and look at you as if they are going to tear you off with their bills in case you get yourself admitted. Today I had a pathetic experience where they ask you if you got mediclaim even before asking what is the health problem. They dont entertain much if you got no mediclaim. And the height is : The ward boy working here starts showing your value,claims how he remembers that you were admitted with mediclaim previously and also tells rest of the staff in front of you that he knows where you stay. Dr.Paras needs to look into his staff quality and refine it otherwise the hospital was really good with treatments.
Never ever go to this kind of hospital specifically to Punamiya hospital staff speaks abuse words which I can't share as we had to go for cash less. From the internal information from the hospital staff got the news that people for treatment coming to Punamiya hospital goes for cash less they start to ask the things which are not in the treatment at all and see to it that you don't get your clam. I would not recommended any one to go there at all.
Not a hospital, just a nursing home mBasically this place the only place which does medical tests for LIC as a pre criteria for getting the insurance. The staff is much friendly than when I had previously visited here. The lobby and toilets also seem much cleaner. Good improvement for this Nursing home.
