I am utterly devastated by the tragic loss of my 39-week baby, and I feel compelled to share my heart-wrenching experience with Dr. Poonam. I cannot express enough how deeply disappointed I am with the level of care I received, which I believe led to this heartbreaking outcome. Dr. Poonam scheduled baby delivery date to be near, raising my hopes for a safe and smooth childbirth. However, to my dismay, I learned that she had been absent from Patna for the past 4-5 days, leaving all emergency responsibilities in the hands of her unskilled junior staff. This realization filled me with anxiety and fear, as I knew the importance of having an experienced and capable doctor by my side during this critical time. With Dr. Poonam's absence, I felt abandoned and left to face this delicate situation without the proper medical attention I deserved. The lack of immediate and competent care from the doctor resulted in the devastating loss of my precious baby, an irreplaceable void in my life. I am deeply angered by the negligence displayed by Dr. Poonam, and I can't help but feel that her irresponsible actions have forever changed the course of my life. The pain of losing a child is unimaginable, and to know that it may have been preventable adds to the anguish I am experiencing. As I struggle to come to terms with this immense loss, I can only hope that Dr. Poonam takes responsibility for her actions and learns from this grave mistake. No other parent should have to endure such an indescribable tragedy due to negligence and a lack of compassion from a medical professional. My faith leads me to believe that justice will be served, and I trust that the higher powers will ensure accountability for Dr. Poonam's actions. However, I am left to grapple with an irreparable loss that no amount of retribution can mend. I write this review not to seek revenge, but to caution others about the importance of thorough research and consideration when choosing a healthcare provider. The repercussions of a doctor's negligence can be utterly devastating, and it is crucial for all expectant parents to advocate for their well-being and that of their child. Dear Dr. Poonam Dixit, Further to your reply of my previous review, I understand that emotions are running high during this difficult time, and I appreciate your concern. However, I believe it's important to address the situation accurately. The report indicated that the sugar levels were within normal range, and it's crucial to consider all aspects before attributing the stillbirth solely to diabetes. Also the USG report taken on 25/07/23 (two days before) were having some doubts of nuchal cord (Umbilical cord wrapped around fetal neck, can pose a significant risk to the baby) also the less amniotic fluid. Knowing all this condition to your so called junior staff on which you left the responsibility she didn't aware us about any of the danger sign and put us in dark , which other doctor arises after seeing the report and clearly mentioned us, this is Dr. Poonam's fault that she didn't take any action after that report and left baby to die. If the Surgery would have done the same day , surely the baby would have seen the world. I believe there were other contributing factors, such as the absence of experienced staff during your absence, which may have played a vital role. As she suggested us to wait for 4 other days after the death of the baby inside the womb, till your presence. Whereas that was quiet dangerous for the patient to continue in the same condition and the baby was completely blue. It's important for us to work together to understand the complete picture and ensure a comprehensive review of the circumstances. Let's focus on finding answers and preventing such unfortunate incidents in the future. Your expertise is valuable, and I hope we can collaborate constructively to prevent similar situations from occurring.

From where you get 4 star , did you pay for it. Irresponsible doctor (Punam Dixit), she is. Have excuse all the time, could be technically OR non-technically. Never accept her fault, I don't, how she is doing these days. But past was worst. I never recommend new parents to visit, at her maternity care.
