Room are very Good but Price is very high. Main Town 3/4 km from this rooms. Owner isn't good for communication .

Spacious rooms, well decorated rooms with modern toilet and bathrooms. Abandoned water supply. Cozy rooms for couples as well as family gatherings. A beautiful life size mirror on the main wall. Only issue is management of the property which shows lack of interest.

Fairly decent hotel within a reasonable budget. Pros- *Price is fairly competitive *Staff are polite *Cleanliness is surprisingly good. Impressive *Food is simple but tasty. *Staff don't harass you for payment every other day like many places. Cons- *Location is very much inside inner lanes. Have to walk a short distance to get transport *Morning breakfast is puri sabzi from some outlet. Though on time quality could be better *Dinner has to be informed much beforehand as there were some issues with the cook while I was there. But food was excellent *Power goes off every night at some point and comes back exactly at 0600hrs. So charge your devices accordingly. Overall I was very happy with my stay and can recommend them wholeheartedly for a budget friendly stay.

Clean room, clean bathroom. The Staff are super nice, cooperative. I wanted my sheets changed they did it without delay. Location is good, walkable distance to Ward's Lake I recommend this hotel to any traveller.

0 start rating. - Bad location - Bad services (no towel, no soap, no water to drink etc) - Very bad room, I booked good rooms online but they provided me very cheap rooms having no facilities. - No room heater, they have given me 1 room heater for 2 rooms on demand. - Breakfast is very bad. - Rooms and washroom was not clean as expected. - Unprofessional staff - No restaurant near hotel and they also don't have any in house restaurant. - They uploaded fake photos of rooms on the web and online booking sites. - All good reviews posted by themselves. - No one available on reception when you need. - No intercom in the room. Not recommended, there no single point to book this hotel (Pumpkin Bed and breakfast)

Service was excellent. I never expected this kind of service any where. They served us proper break fast at 7am for early start to our tour. Of shillong for continuously 2 days so that we can make of most of our tour. The staff was friendly and helpful rooms were neat and clean. Food was reasonably good.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were big enough. The location wasn't suitable at all as it's about a 25 minute walk away from Police Bazaar and it has a very shady entrance. I had booked a smoking room, which was spacious enough but the bathroom wasn't very pleasing. Mornings were pretty loud and the breakfast was not enough. The best thing was the price.

Staff was young and in general very helpful and forthcoming (let us do laundry in hotel washing machine as well). But damn, how **** loud they can be in the corridors! The kitchen itself is on 2nd floor next to the rooms themselves, so there's a nonstop shuffling of feet, shouting and singing and whatnot between the kitchen and the rest of the hotel. Also, shower pressure and hot / cold water flow and balance..in both of the rooms we were in. If only it was quiet in the corridor, I'd gladly rate it 4+, as of now it's unfortunately barely 3.
