Good place to workout and learn. Closed on sunday and opens from 6am-10am and 4pm-10pm on monday-friday. Equipments are good and regularly maintained. Gym owner and trainer are very polite and always ready to help us.

This gym is one of the best gyms in Faridabad. They have some well equipped machines and experienced trainers with a lot of space.The atmosphere i saw there is awesome.

Experienced trainer with all machines and weight. Recommended for people staying near sector 11. Choose atleast half yearly plan else it is costly comparing with the facilities they provide. It's a unisex gym so everyone can join. It also has option of steam bath in winters. Motivational environment. Good music and posters are too inspiring. Trainers help you in correct body posture and tells you the exercise. Personal trainers also available.

Good Gym but doesn't have facility of steam or shower. Equipments are well maintained.

Very much suffocating and you have wait a lot for your turn
