I visited the outlet with the intention of purchasing PUMA Liberate Nitro 2 shoes for running. The salesperson on duty, Mr. Udhaya Kumar explicitly stated, "those people did not look like they were about to buy the shoe" and treated us with a very wrong attitude. It is completely unprofessional and is disheartening to discover that a customer's eligibility is determined by subjective judgments.

I am writing to share my disconcerting experience I had at your PUMA outlet located in Lakshmi Mills, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, on October 1, 2023. On the mentioned date, I visited the outlet with the intention of purchasing PUMA Liberate Nitro 2 shoes for running. The salesperson on duty, Mr. Udhaya Kumar, informed me about a flat 25% discount on all products as part of PUMA's 25th-anniversary celebration. He explicitly stated that this offer would be valid until October 2, 2023. However, upon visiting another PUMA outlet in a mall the following day to avail the same offer on the aforementioned shoes, I was informed by a different salesperson that there were no discounts applicable to this particular product. To ensure clarity, she called the Lakshmi Mills outlet for verification, and to my dismay, the call was left on speaker. During the call, Mr. Udhaya Kumar explicitly stated, "those people did not look like they were about to buy the shoe, so we offered the discount anyways." It is completely unprofessional and also reflects a breach of trust and misrepresentation of PUMA's promotional offers. It is disheartening to discover that a customer's eligibility for a discount is determined by subjective judgments
