Extremely worst customer service. We had been to the store today for purchase of shoes. No body bothered to attend us, even didn't render basic courtesy to ask why for we were there & upon demand one of the sales persons came, picked & gave the pair of shoes shown by us, then went away. We sat there for some time, stepped out, entered in to Addidas store. They offered a very good service, listened to us & was so helpful in purchasing shoes according to our requirements. Happily purchased a pair of shoes for Rs.7999/-. "Thanks for showing us a wonderful one stop shop for for our sportswear requirements".

Haven't received a proper invoice for the recent purchase. Thought I requested twice they just repeated simple modalities as an excuse which I don't think is professional. Hope they keep proper accounts and be transparent to customers.
