I have been shopping from here for like 3+ years! This time I purchased a running shoe that got torn in 10 days. I visited this store today and the guy with specs at the cash counter misbehaved with me saying 'Jo hai 12 sizes me yehi hai aur yehi lena padega shoes to aapko Verna apparels dek lo koi refund nahi ho payega' without knowing they have like 2 articles only in size 12. You guys shouldn't have mentioned about 30 days return and exchange policies if you can't abide by that! I am never shopping again at least from this store! It feels disrespectful and not satisfactory the way that guy spoke to me and the quality!

Don't go for their 4 stars rating! They have deliberately gotten themselves 5 stars just to make a fool of us! Don't fall for their 4 stars rating trap! The staff is highly arrogant and has zero sense of decency!

It was a good experience. I went to buy a running shoe for my younger sister. The staff was very helpful and they catered to our needs. I also got a good discount on the shoe she liked still it was too costly on my pocket .

Plus the staff are pretty helpful and kind enough to extend any facilitation for selecting the right size and styles. Shoes or apparels the variety is enormous as not to let you go without lessning the weight of your wallet. Plus later too there is no regret of buying as the style n substance is of international standards n global fashions fused together for the excellence

Staff not supportive. All articles are old ,it also gives feel of Chinese copy . Quality is not acceptable. I doubt in originality.
