Puma Chennai VR Mall - Sportswear store in Chennai - Chennai, India

I brought the below running shoes 3 months ago. Till now I had used it for my gym purpose alone and that to hardly for few days only. One of my shoelaces got tone. When I approached the store, they are showing attitude of once sold they don't care. It's highly shocking to get such low quality shoe from such highly rated international brand. May be this store gets the products of such low quality. It's pathetic to see such unprofessional people handling it.

I like this store which is in VR mall, although there are line of stores like Adidas, Nike, Puma, Skechers and more. I found people to be very polite and nice in this store. Am a Puma fan but this time I dint buy anything from there but if given a chance I would love to buy from this store for the courteous and attentive staff. Ofcourse the range of stuff is at par or better than other sports brands. Keep up the good work.
