I was admitted to the hospital as per the recommendation of Dr. Awinash Kumar (Gastroenterologist). Hospital staff are very cooperative and available 24*7. Polite attitude, good cleanliness, 10 on 10 food ( for patient and attender as well) . Only thing we had to struggle with, was claiming health insurance; first the TPA was not cooperating but at last we got our initial claim with the effort of Mr. Suraj Thapa. If you are going without the knowledge to claim an insurance it's gonna be difficult for you. Hospital is little expensive so, one should first ask about all the charges and then do whatever suit them. Overall, Dietician was knowledgeable and helpful. Ms. Muskan( the coordinator) was also very polite and helpful. Rest of the doctors who visited me were very polite as well. Special thanks to all the nurses and cleaning staff.

Best hospital with great management , the staff is very good, they always co- operate with us. they give excellent services to all patient. I really appreciate pulse team for their coordinated care, behaviour etc. Keep it up.

I had admitted my father basis recommendation from one of my relatives. Dr Ayan did the surgery. We are very pleased and happy with the result. However, the experience of staying at the hospital had not been satisfactory. The food for the patient was cold. It seemed the coordination between the nurse or sister with the doctors wasn't good. The private room was not clean. In fact, the final billing experience has been pathetic, whereas Suraj Mishra taking care of billing (or TPA) intentionally delayed the process best known to him. Inderjit Singh, the manager, intervened after 8 hours of my follow-up to complete the discharge process. I will not recommend this hospital for any of my family or friends.

Pulse hospital is a good hospital, treatment is good and the staff here is also very good.

From the moment I went in to have a health checkup to the time of discharge, every experience with every department was great. Your OPD coordinator is very good and professional. The way she handles patients was so amazing. I just loved her way of speaking and talk with patients and handling the situation.

I want to share my personal experience with you all about their HR named "FARZANA" I went their for typist job and after three days of work she told me to call me one more day to met manager. I waited for 3-4 days a and when I call her then she told that you are a fresher so we can't select you. Then I told her if someone call you then you will inform. She talk to me very rudely and cut the call without listening my side. Such a rude lady I never seen. I don't know how she got the position of HR. These kind of people show's the upbringing of their side. Really shameful lady.
