My experience being at Pulse has been absolutely wonderful every single time. The staff, be it medical or non-medical, are all so cordial and polite. For me, the best part is how everything's well-organized in a patient-friendly manner, right from reception and billing to admission and discharge. If you generally have hospital-jitters, you can trust the staff to make you feel more at ease. Another plus is the transparency you get as a patient, especially if you're getting treated In-Patient. Overall a good hospital that's very clean, less crowded and provides good care.

Horrible experience I had faced in this hospital. While I was in the hospital the doctor was eating chips in his cabin . He didn't give proper treatment to my mom . My mother did not get any proper result after the consultation. How can this be a hospital it doesn't have any quality and care when comparing with the other hospitals in the city.
Hospital service was very good especially staff approach , Coordinator's, and other staff . Over all service which they rendered was very satisfactory.

Excellent service from doctors and nursing staffs... Dr Faizal is a very good doctor ... He listens my concerns very patiently and explained everything about my disease .... Nursing staffs are very helpful... They will come and check my pulse and bp and fever periodically....
