I don't have much experience with this hospital but I am here to write a review about the receptionist. You call any hospital in Gorakhpur, generally, almost all receptionists are rude and they talk like a robot. You don't expect any help from them. But today, I called from Bahrain as my sister was on the way to Pulse. The receptionist Ms. Falak answered the call with a genuine greeting and started talking in a very polite and professional manner. She answered all the questions I needed to know and ensured my satisfaction.
Every thing bad. Nothing good about this hospital.right when u enter premise u start getting wrong vibes. Blood test is from outside. Housekeeping staff use evening times to enjoy as in campus we used to enjoy. Medicine from outside not allowed. If the doctor advices augmentin medicine in the prescription they provide clavam and if you take augmentin from outside they will ask to get the medicine form hospital Store. I can go on and build a book . No UPI. No printed bils except medicine.
This is the best hospital in gorakhpur. I suggest you to all for maternity , its facilities are excellent and doctors are superb.. if you search the best hospital i suggest yout this hospital.. thank you doctors and staff.

Me and my wife went to this hospital for gynaecologist advice. But the management of this hospital is worse. Crowd management is very poor. Despite booking the appointment early morning, they made us sit over there for more than 6 hours, that is only for a normal routine check-up. Their staff take bribe for letting you visit the doctor early. If you are looking for a good hospital for gynaecology then please try to find some better place because this for sure is the worst place.
I am pregnant and visited pulse hospital for routine check-up thrice. My overall experience is really bad. Worst part is crowd management. They don't have any proper machanism to attend the patient. Dr. Somnima Tripathi has no time. Hospital management sent 4-5 patient in doctor's cabin all together. Due to this Doctor don't attend the patients properly. Today was my third visit to the hospital but Hospital staff have no professionalism, they argue with patients. Today the person who allows patient to enter in doctor's cabin, misbehaved with me. Due to this behaviour my blood pressure goes high i.e 140/100, which is not good for 7 month pregnant lady. Overall poor management, rude staff, no profesionalism. Doctor is polite but before entering in doctor's cabin, you'll get irritated and frustrated. So I would advice please look some other place if you want a better experience.

Very bad hospital in gorkhapur ,staff are very rude .there is no use of any type of aseptic technique. I personally don't suggest to any one to go there for any treatment ... Very worst hospital ever . No any doctor present in emergency department and medicine are very much expensive .. specially they don't give quality of care to the pt .. in this hospital all staff behave like uneducated .. my experience is very bad ..go for other hospital
It's was a nice experience, doctor are kind hearted and very cooperative. My patient were suffering from COVID few months ago now she is felling well because she was under treatment of Dr Ankit Jaiswal.
