Waiting period is soo long. Also the staffs in reception and pharmacy are soo ridiculous. Teach them, some morality and manners to deal with patients and with the bystanders. Feels like, they are having more powers than the doctors. Only for Dr.peethambaran sir and dietician madam, am going there. Please take necessary actions.

i took my daughter who is 3months pregnant, with proper prior appoinment @ 12:15 for ultra sound scan.They made her to wait for more than 2 hours and asked her to come back after having lunch. waited again for half an hour and checked again with the staff for the status, Upon checking they said still 4 more patients are there and we have to wait for our turn. Politely refused their service and took back the prescription and left the place cursing myself for the place I selected. Kind request to the management.. If you can't handle such rush please politely refuse and refer them another date and time.

Had been to this place only once for mammogram, blood tests and usg scan. With prior proper appointment was made to wait for more than 3 hrs and after escalating 2,3 times finally called for scan. The doctor doing usg is in her own world taking enuf leisure time making patients wait after each procedure.very unprofessional.

Pulse, close to the Stadium Bypass Road, offers a wide range of clinical diagnostic services like blood tests, ultrasound, CT scans, radiology, including routine health check-ups, along with medical specialists available for consultations on various health problems. The charges are NOT exorbitantly high but they are not cheap either. The medical center is quite busy most of the day, with the reception desks doing their best to meet the rush. The approach roads to Pulse are not tarred and they are uneven at places. Drive slowly. To find parking space in front of Pulse is a challenge often. Some park their vehicles on the road side. The parking lot in front of Pulse needs to be improved.

All the staffs are polite and helpful. The doctor(cardiologist)who deals with patients very marvellously. He is patient enough to comfort patients and to give them courage

I had a very pleasant experience during my check up here for blood test and ultrasound. All staff members very kind and sweet and make sure people are comfortable. They are genuinely concerned about your health and ask all relevant questions

Went to pulse for MRI -lumbar spine with whole spine screening. I was out of the centre within 45 minutes with prior booking.Received results within 2 hours.I appreciate the entire staffs behaviour. Awesome ambience and staff guidance.I am really thanking the entire pulse.

The X-Ray technicians in Pulse Hospital are the most pathetic of all technicians. They don't even know the basic procedure to read an X-Ray requirement written by a doctor. I had to take two X-Rays un-necessarily due to the incompetence of the technician. I had to also wait for another three hours due to the errors caused here. Though the Doctors are good enough, the support staff are found wanting. This place is good only to consult the doctors and not fit for any lab tests or X-Rays. Never recommend Pulse Hospital for any lab tests or reports.
