Pathetic service. I bought a LOT of stuff here to be shipped to me. And paid full price at the store. 1- they asked me to pay more for the goods before sending. 2- most things were broken when they reached me. 3- they have not responded to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, anything to help! Worst experience ever !

Good collection biggest handicrafts shop in Alappuzha
Probably this the only shop in Alappuzha with this much variety of souvenirs . Mainly wooden handicraft items - all of them very artful and relevant to the culture of this city. Worth paying a visit for any one visiting the city .
I went here with couple of my friends. I didn't buy any considering the budget . Everything here is expensive. There was a wooden statue of Elephant with nearly 3 feet tall 4 feet wide. It costs around 5-6 lakhs INR. But window shopping can be done here .
We bought, netipattam, a lovely wooden shikara , brass conch and a few other things from this place. Their amazing collection is obviously right in front of everyone to see, but what's even more impressive is their amazing customer service . We had to carry everything to Mumbai and so the shop took extra care to pack everything so meticulously. Infact they even accommodated our special request and delivered an extra luggage bag to our resort cause we ran short of one . Lovely people and an equally lovely shop .. a must visit if you are holidaying in Alleppey ..
