Outstanding experience at Pulicat thanks to Franklin who helped with the trip and provided all the necessary details. Luke took me in the boat in to the lake for spotting the flamingos. Though they weren't there at their usual spots, he went out of his way to ensure that we spotted them. It was truly an experience of a lifetime. His patience and knowledge about the water birds in the area is commendable. Must visit place for bird and nature lovers.

Perfect place for a weekend outing near Chennai. Place is neat and clean and whole family can enjoy. The service provided by the team is wonderful and food was just lipsmacking. Overall enjoyed the trip very much. Could not see much birds. Will surely come again to see the birds.

We were searching for a place from chennai within half day trip and this place was a perfect spot. Nice boating experience, it's like a private beach and only few members will be there if went early, going in group of 8 or more is good, nonveg food is available, suggest vegetarian to pack there lunch. Go in group, enjoy the beach, play games. Once done all fun activity,sit and enjoy family lunch time sitting besides sea. Surely will plan to visit again. Franklin and jayraj were very helpful all the time.

Quaint fishing village experience . Very friendly boatman . Good photography opportunities . You can even have the thrill of walking on water - it's quite shallow , and there are sand banks here & there . We saw a family with their dog going berserk !! If you can convince the locals , can even go prawn fishing .

It was a life-changing experience to visit the flamingos of Pulicat Lake with Mr. Luke as our guide. He came prepared with everything - life jackets, umbrellas, water, lozenges, and plenty of facts to tell us about the myriad of birds we saw. Not only did we see thousands of beautiful flamingoes, but Mr. Luke made sure we approached them in a respectful manner so as to get photos without disturbing them. This is a must when visiting wildlife sanctuaries. [The flamingoes were later disturbed by some other birds though, which you can see in my photos]. In short, this was nothing less than a magical journey. While we admired the scene and took pictures, Mr. Luke told us all about the birds, their lifestyles, travel patterns, and feeding habits. He was very kind, had a wonderful sense of humor, and tailored the boat ride to suit our travel plan. Other birds we saw included an eagle, a spoon bill, ibis, egret, seagulls, and terns. Do make sure to book in advance so Mr. Luke has enough time to prepare the boat. Though we called him at the last minute because of changing plans, Mr. Luke was very kind to accommodate us. Our family is so grateful to Mr. Franklin and Mr. Luke for helping us make these precious memories. I highly recommend that you get in touch with him when visiting Pulicat lake for a thrilling yet environmentally conscious wildlife adventure.

One of the best experience in such a magical place. A not to miss place for birders and anyone who loves nature. The estuaries, tiny islands, and the whole lake is so mesmerizing and to top that is the team's quotes of facts.

Nice place safe boat ride, go in the morning to see all the birds. The boat boys where very friendly and helpful, took us patiently on a long ride for 2hrs, showed all the birds. Near to birds they switch off motor not to disturb the birds. But the boat boarding area very dirty, the public should maintain it well. It is their surroundings where they live and work every day

We had an excellent outing yesterday with Franklin and Luke , the Son and Father duo who organised our boating and excursion trip. They're professional, straight forward and very punctual and pleasant. No false promises and claims. I would recommend them for anyone interested in birding and generally relaxing out at the Pulicat Lake
