Pulgoan junction is in Maharashtra.The first train in India travelled from Mumbai to Thane on 16 April 1853. By May 1854, Great Indian Peninsula Railway's Bombay-Thane line was extended to Kalyan. Bhusawal railway station was set up in 1860 and in 1867 the GIPR branch line was extended to Nagpur. In 1917, Arvi was linked with Pulgaon with a 35 km (22 mi)-long 762 mm (2 ft 6 in) narrow-gauge railway by Central Provinces Railway. Central Railway now runs two trains a day on weekdays. Pulgaon Junction is located near Wardha Junction, which comes under central railway. As far as concern business or industry, then this Junction is serve as one type of diversion. All the facilities are available here or you can say that this is developed station. This station is not much crowded, but the thing is that it connects wardha-nagpur to bhusaval-manmad railway line. Apart from this, pulgaon is taluka place which comes under wardha district having paopulation about 2 lakh. Railway and roadways are only two the modes of transportation are available to rich the pulgaon. It is on the Central railways route, 105 km from Nagpur & 32 km from Wardha towards West. Pulgaon is a small junction too, connecting Arvi to the main central route by a narrow gauge line. It is on the bank of the Wardha river and easily accessible to three districts, Wardha, Amravati & Yavatmal. If one is preferred train then it also easily accessible from manmad, bhusaval and nagpur. Two companies in the town, Shri Krushna Industries' Cotton Mills erstwhile cotton mill private limited & BEC fertilizers . One shopping mall is also available here with name as sanskruti mall. One big dam is under construction on wardha river which will be completed by 2020.
Pulgaon was big and indestrialy devloped city, some famous places to visit in our pulgaon panchdhara,new build dam wardha dam, satellite mall,balaji restorant,gautam inn and many other. It's a very developed city. For a travelling in pulgaon buses , rikshaw are available
Not very good but Ok. Platform are small and don't have pandal all over the platform but for cleanliness very well. Trains Nagpur, Wardha, Mumbai, Parbhani, Nanded express goes from the junction. Here there's no need to travel to go to Bus stand or police station because these are the places near to each other. The junction has two platforms and main four tracks.
