Dr. Priyan Shah did my chest surgery and I still do not have any problems. During my surgery I was a student he cares for me like his child and too much helps. This is 50% private or 50% government hospital so charge no more than the other private hospitals. Ramnagar local area so many prefer first this hospital for treatment even OPD is also best. Private rooms ac or non ac or General ward also inside. Near the area is ramnagar Chowk so many food shops are also there or Tiffin Services also available.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the night-time security guard who was deployed outside the ICU during my grandmother's recent stay at Pukhraj Hospital. While I understand the importance of maintaining security measures, I believe there were instances where the behavior of the security guard caused distress and fear for my grandmother, as well as other patients and their relatives. During her time in the ICU, my grandmother often expressed a deep sense of fear and discomfort due to the presence of the security guard. It was disconcerting for her to witness the guard frequently sitting inside the ICU area, seemingly for personal comfort and the cool air, instead of being stationed outside as intended. This raised concerns about the level of attention and vigilance being provided to the patients under their care. Furthermore, my grandmother recounted instances where the security guard would engage in unnecessarily loud and aggressive behavior towards patient relatives. These encounters left her feeling extremely scared and apprehensive, particularly after her surgery when she was already in a vulnerable state. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of the doctors available in the ICU, we were given the explanation that the guard's behavior was a result of their army background. Such reasoning appeared inadequate and failed to address the genuine concerns we had for the well-being and emotional comfort of the patients. On a positive note, I would like to commend Dr. Dimple for the excellent care and advice provided throughout my grandmother's stay at the hospital. Her professionalism and genuine concern for the patients were truly appreciated by our family. Hospital is also very clean and spacious and has good professional doctors. Considering the distress caused to my grandmother and others in similar situations, I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to address this issue. It is crucial to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients during their time of need. I trust that the hospital administration will take this matter seriously and initiate the necessary actions to address our concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue. Just for your information - she took her last breath on 11.06.23 - her last days could have been better in absence of this security guard. Kiran

The hospital is not for emergency.. only one nurse available at emergency nd she is also busy with her own work.. Dr's are not even came to check my aunt.... Nd my aunt is suffering from stone pain.. nd no one is available for check up..

The hospital is not great for emergency services. The staff is just trained to empty the pockets of common man. I had taken my mother here for emergency and the staff asked me to admit her. Also, the orthopaedic doctor that came to visit, first asked if the patient is ready to admit or not and then proceeded with further check up. He didn't even gave any medication for the spinal fracture injury my mother had. The only thing they wanted was to loot all the money from us. We consulted family orthopaedic doctor and he said no need for admiting in hospital, she can rest in home better and gave proper medication. This goes to show how bad this hospital's service, doctor, and staff is.

Dr. KIRANAXI P SHETH is very helpful and careful doctor for her patient, my wife is admitted at this hospital and Dr. kiranaxi medam treated very carefully and till date my wife is relief of her pain after SCAR surgery successful. Thank you ma'am

When patients or their relatives come to the hospital where they park their vehicle. Outside the hospital, there is no parking zone, and there are two sandal lorries parked there just remove it and once you park the vehicle the hospital authority inform the police and they blew up the vehicle. Where is the parking for OPD patients, relatives and visitors? There is such a big hospital and there is no parking area, the management is doing something about it.

Went there today for physiotherapy, everyone was assisting and helpful. 12 years ago, had one of my major surgeries there. The doctors here are the reason I am able to type this review with my hand. :)

I had bad experience with this hospital, where I saw first time that doctor himself asking me to change hospital for future treatment and this is just because he was angry on his staff or may be we made one report from outside. This hospital may be forget their goals.
