I recently booked cab for 3 days to visit Kumbhalgarh, Chittorgarh and Mount Abu. I was looking for a safe car with good driver since I was with my family. We got the reference of pujari travels from Google and contacted them 2 days before our intended travel date. Despite it being the heavy diwali weekend, they immediately got us a vehicle. Their rates were very reasonable and much lesser than rates of the competitors. I had to pay a nominal amount as advance and on the designated day the vehicle promptly arrived to pick us up from the station. Surendra ji, our driver, was very genuine and patient with us and took us all around. He was a thorough professional who gave us good suggestions regarding which place to visit first etc. A wonderful trip with pujari travels and we will not hesitate to use them again when in udaipur.
Pujari Ji's cabs were neat and clean and their rates are less in comparison to the market here. Their drivers are good when booked via pujari ji. But, do not book their drivers without consulting pujari ji. First day we got a driver (Ramesh) by pujari ji. His car was clean and his driving was good so we hired him for next day without informing pujari ji. Next day Ramesh sent someone else claiming to be his brother on his behalf in an old broken Swift Dzire. The new driver kept eating 'gutkha' in the car while driving and was rude in manner. The new driver informed that he will give commission to Ramesh and is not answerable to Pujari ji. Also, this new driver forced us to eat and shop only at places which paid him comission. This is actually very common scam in Udaipur. You like a driver one day, he'll send someone else the next day and take comission from him and spoil the tour.
Excellent service from Puja Travels. Booked their service on call for 3 days. Cab was there on the airport on time. Our driver Mr. Dharmendra was very professional and experienced. Outstanding behaviour and very cooperative. He was very knowledgeable, and knew in and out of Udaipur and Mount Abu. Overall really good experience. Would recommend booking with them.
