He understands your problem and help you like a father does. And Aunty's food is no match. Like I said, you'll feel like home and she'll treat you like you're her son. Not soo good. Rent was higher than expected. Power supply was not regular. Too hot during summer. You'll feel like trapped here. No proper cleaning. Behaviour of landlord and landlady was satisfactory.
