If you are looking for basic facility and do not want to spend much on the stay and spending most of the time outside this is ideal place. Mr. Milan is Gentleman and will support you through out your stay. Such clean room and bed. I stayed here with Family. This is my second visit to North Goa and I stayed here both the time. Place has car Parking facility. Owner also provide Bike rental service which is cheaper than anything outside. Baga and Calengute is 1-2KM far and lots of Veg food option available near by. I highly recommend PS if you have tight budget.
They are kind at first but will increase the price while checking out.They will show their true colours while checking out.You will get dozens of good place to stay...avoid this guest house... rooms are not hygienic

Nice hotel, I booked it earlier and get it for 5 days in 3000. The guys that are managing the property are very nice and helpful. They have rental bikes too. The rooms and rest rooms are clean and neat. Location of the guest house is really perfect, Calangute beach is 10 minutes away, condolim and Baga are 15 minutes away. Highly recommended....!
Best budget friendly guest house in calangute. Stay was quite comfortable for the budget range and the owner was very helpful. Rooms were clean and staff was cordial. U can take 2 wheeler from the reception itself on nominal rent. The connectivity was good from the guest house. Overall the stay was good.
