I recently had a wonderful experience at the Proyal Hotel. The ambiance is truly remarkable with its tasteful interior and inviting warm lighting. We opted for the vegetarian options and were pleasantly surprised by the food's presentation and taste. The hotel offers ample seating space, ensuring comfort.

Nice interior ambiance, very friendly and cooperation staff behaviour, and food also tasted good. Price might be slightly high, but OK for the kind of service they offer. Comfy, air conditioned and spacious seating arrangement in G+2 floors. Toilets and wash area is kept very clean. Have enough parking space in front of the restaurant. Overall a recommended place to come with friends / family.

A very nice place to dine in at Naduvattam near edappal. When we see the front area, it is not that much impressive. But they have multiple level of servuce areas including party hall. Delicious food. Good quality and quantity with nice salad. Mionnaise was not that much tasty. Best service by the staff. Very much cooperative and energetic. Neat and clean dine in place. Can accommodate around 20-25 people at party hall and is spacious. In the washing area, water is unable to wash your mouth. But separate water is provided. Still it is a drawback I think. To be rethinked and improved. Overall good experuence.

Porotta and beef roast was good. Good lighting and ambience. They gave a full portion of beef roast for 150. I assume it's an introductory offer. We also got chicken soup for free. The soup wasn't great. Can't really complain as it was free. The only negative was that they had kept a purified water dispenser for mouth wash. I assume the quality of the water in pipes isn't good for mouth wash. I can see older reviews with same issue. So I assume this isn't a temporary problem. Toilets were clean.

The Turkish platter was very good but apart from that, their starters are not good. Tried crispy chicken as started and it was very dry and not fresh. was not even able to take a bite from it. Informed the same to manager and they informed us they will take care of it.
