Well equipped, less crowded, nice ambience. Morning time only upto 9:30 which restricts ladies to join. Sundays are closed. No AC in gym. Need to ask for assistance or guidance. Still, at the cost we pay, it's justifiable. Can have a lady trainer to pull female crowd, esp in the rural location the gym is located.
Best Gym I have gone so far. I have gone to 2gyms in the areas near but haven't had this results with the correct diet plans and personalized training. They will help you modify the diet or exercises according to your comfortable level without losing the effectiveness. There are currently 3 trainers . The gym is very clean and hygienic. The package is affordable comparing to the nearby gyms. The place is near the Railway cross. The place has parking space.
As a beginner, i could say that the ambience is supercool, trainers are very supportive and knowledgeable when it comes to all health and fitness aspects.. the facilities are bright and open, clean and always well organized. surely recommend to all...!
Friendly and safe environment with high quality equipments. Flexible timings and one of the finest trainers that I have come across. The fees are affordable and you get a comfortable environment with well designed exercises.
One of the best gyms in the tripunithura area. The trainers really know their stuff and there's a lot of personal attention. Almost a 50-50 distribution of men and women, of all age groups.
