I really appreciate the hard work and caring of the Doctors, nurses and the other staffs who supported us through this hard time, i don't really write such review for a hospital, cause obviously it's their duty to help us. An excellent health care facility with expert doctors in all the departments. All doctors and nurses are very friendly. this hospital provides a wonderful ambience ensuring the comfort of the patients. The in-room service is also excellent. Hygiene is the top priority here. The staff are always ready to attend to every need of us during our stay in the hospital. Overall the Providence hospital provides a very professional service.

Recently visited providence hospital regarding some illness. I think we were fortunate enough to have such a proper functional hospital close to Alappuzha town . All the departments were so well responsive , especially few things related to Pharmacy department . The hospital pharmacy provided exceptional service during my recent visit. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive to my medication needs. The waiting time was minimal, and they took the time to explain the proper usage and of my prescribed medications. Overall, a top-notch experience that instilled confidence in their capabilities. Additionally, the pharmacy's commitment to patient privacy and safety was evident, with clear procedures in place for verifying identities and ensuring accurate dispensing. Overall, the hospital pharmacy's professionalism, convenience, and patient-centered approach left a positive impression on me.Keep up the good work

Today family ( wife and daughter) visited the hospital for a surgeon consultation. The OP and pharmacy section were very quick in service. I wanted to highlight something which didn't go well with us. The Dr. have to use a piece of glove(single piece) for checking and all who consult him needed to have masks. The hospital provided the masks and the gloves. However the Cashier service insisted on replacing the items ! Is the hospital management not charging the consultation fee including those sundry items? I was surprised that they insist we return. The service quality has improved significantly from the last visit. It's a good hospital.

My mother Underwent total knee replacement under Dr. George srambikal. Gem of a Doctor and a wonderful, grounded human being . My mother is completely OK after the surgery and walking well without any support.. I highly recommend Dr. George Srambikal.. Writing my feedback after 5 months post surgery.. Was very satisfied with the treatment and stay at the hospital. Nursing staff were available on demand and displayed a lot of empathy. Only suggestion is to improve the discharge and billing process, it takes a lot longer than desirable.

One of the best private hospitals in Thumpoly, Alappuzha. Famous hospital for knee surgery, the Doctor George Srampical is an elegant person for the same. Very near to Alappuzha Town, 5kms from bus stand.

One of the best hospital in the district.the service provide by them is too good and the doctors are also doing a great job .

Dr. Noel was extremely helpful today 24/06/23. He took his time and answered all my doubts related to my ultrasound scan and also about the vaccination that I got done somewhere else. He dint rush at all, he was polite, well mannered and exceptionally dutiful. Need more Doctors like him and should get recognised in the society. Not to mention, nurses were good and friendly too.

I have a long association with Providence Hospital, Alappuzha. It is one of the few good hospitals in kerala and best in Alappuzha. All the staff here like doctors, nurses, PRO etc. are very sincere with us. There is a very hygienic atmosphere here.
