I am consulting here for the last 6 months and satisfied with their service, medications and can see a good improvement. Doctor is really helpful, takes time and do check ups, hear all our questions and then tried to clarify all our doubts. The clinic is little interior (Prasanth Nagar, Ulloor) in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. Ample parking space for the clinic. Good service and supporting staff. Clean and well maintained clinic.

Just called up the clinic. One of the main pain points of any organization is reception. Asked for an appoinment after 2 days, said no appointments and complete silence. When asked for next available appointment, she said next month, which is about 20 days from now. Do a patient need to wait that long? If they are that exhausted why no publicise in website, no appointment for next 3 weeks. Funny part is everyone talks about patient-centric care!!! Saw you reply. Exactly my point. Your reception staff should have explained this. I am not a fan of teleconsultation as my initial consult for my "chronic care." Thanks though

Extremely impressed with Dr. Mathew John and his team at Providence Endocrine Speciality. My experience (for my extended family and me) during our multiple visits has been exceptional, with the team providing outstanding professional and "personalized" care. Even during this global pandemic, their approach to providing safe, professional, and courteous health care services is exemplary. Highly recommended from my personal experience. Had a procedure from here. Thanks to my friend who recommended this dental clinic here. Slightly away from the main road, apart from that everything else is likeable. They have Specialists doctors who are available through appointments. I had severe tooth ache before i visited here. Thanks to the doc here, I think his name was Mr. Raj, who is a periodontist, who suggested me to have an X-ray and a routine procedure was done. Now am perfectly alright. Recommend everyone to have your tooth problems resolved here.

Any professional medical institution always respect their patients. It seems that the whole idea of an appointment is lost on the staff. If you do not intend on seeing patients on the actual appointment window, then simply do not ask for it. Setting of appointments to look fancy and professional does nothing to end of improving image unless followed through but does quite the opposite... Maybe the doctors here can educate the staff on this, hopefully they are more professional than the institution...
