I stay here for nine nights. We went to Bangalore for medical treatment so we used to leave the room in the morning and return in the evening. Despite telling them repeatedly, the room was not cleaned, their response was that their room cleaning time was 12 noon. Came to clean the room only 2 days since we were there. The bed here was so soft that there was no comfort in sleeping, in the morning, the neck and waist hurt in the whole body. And their entire building is covered with glass, so there was a lack of oxygen, due to which the headache started shortly after entering the hotel from the second day and there was a nagging pain throughout the day. My wife had an operation, due to which there was food restriction. I request them to use their kitchen, they want an hour to let me know with the owner's permission, but even after the whole day, I don't get any response, when I come to know, they tell me that I can't use the kitchen. I requested them to at least prepare khichuri and give it to me, they objected to that too. They have no sense of shame, they would show their rules when talking about room cleaning, but they would ask for hotel room rent like a shameless person, but if I asked for room service, they would say on face that if I am not present in the room at the time, they will not do the room cleaning. It happened that I stayed in the room all day, but no one came to clean the room. Very rude behaviour of manager hurt me, I leave hotel for their mismanagement /

I visited banglore for official purpose and I choosed to stay OYO room 7897 status suites, i read the previous comments given by other residents who stayed here were I saw many negative comments, but for my 3 days stay i didn't found any thing wrong, the rooms, service by the attenders & manager was pleasent even rooms were clean and neat well organised. I will recommend this hotel for the newcomers.

Extremely disappointed with our stay. The rooms were filthy and nasty. The washroom tap was broken and the rooms reeked of smoke and alcohol. The bed sheets had a layer of dirt on them. Would like to request customers not to use this hotel and get cheated of your money.

The staff is really rude and when we entered the hotel the room we booked was still not vacant and we ended up waiting 1.5 hours. And if we asked whether they will allow the late check-out as componsation staff disagreed and ended asking us to go search some where else. Which is really embarrassing!! Never ever go for this hotel.. even the room was not maintained , nether they changed the towels or blankets in 3 days.. it's a NO from my end for this hotel

Room was not cleaned each day of my 3 days stay. I had to tell them once. Still they didn't do next day. There was water logging problem in bathroom. It's in main city of Domlur.

The room looks nothing like what's shown in the photographs (should've know better). Was paying more than Rs1000 for the room and when I reached, there were no pillow covers for the pillows. When asked for them to be put, the initial answer was that it would be put by evening as they were out of pillow covers. I eventually got one. The toilet seat was unhinged/ broken. Linen had some polish like stains on them. And don't be fooled by the nice aroma you get at the reception. That stays only on the ground floor. Had a comfortable nights sleep, less that odd mosquito. Wish they would provide a mosquito repellant as well. The place however is centrally located and the breakfasts is complementary. So that's a plus . Therefore the two stars

This hotel is not worthy for the rent they charge. TV was not working and AC could not be controlled. Beside my room was a restaurant roof top which was very noisy till mid night and disturbs our sleep. The mess of this hotel arranged on roof top also creates lots of disturbance while sleeping. Only advantage is the location of this hotel and well behaved staff.

The room is spacious and bed is cozy and comfy. The locality is surrounded by various forms of eating options. If your work location is in embassy golf links business park, you could walk to it from here. Cleanliness wise it is clean but they fail to clean it on regular basis even after leaving the keys with them and informing them. Food is not great no choices bread without butter and a 2rs jam sachet is given. Ideal to book without bf option.
