My recent stay at a Prokriti Bon Bungalow was a blissful escape. The traditional charm of the red brick architecture, combined with modern comforts, created a serene haven. The spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and friendly staff ensured a hassle-free stay. The bungalow's location near cultural attractions made exploring Shantiniketan a breeze. Dining under the stars in the courtyard, savoring Bengali cuisine, was a highlight. The beautiful garden provided a peaceful retreat. In summary, this bungalow is a delightful blend of culture and comfort, perfect for a rejuvenating getaway in Shantiniketan.

Very quite, peaceful and beautiful place, attached with nature. Early morning woke up with birds chirping (song) and at night frogs croak and cricket chirping sound took me to my childhood days. Testy home made food . Feel like Home away Home. And the staffs are beautiful. I loved their service. Yes, I really enjoyed the stay in Prokriti Bon Banglow

helloit is with pain that i say how the property did not meet my expectations and live up to the amount we had paid for it. cons:1. no house-keeping staff 2. the rooms and washroom were not cleaned even once during our stay3. the ac was leaking 4. a tub had to be placed underneath it5. the tv set was out of service6. only one cake of soap was given for three of us7. only one towel was given for the three of us8. no extra cot was provided even though extra money was taken for an extra person9. the latches were not locking properly so we felt quite insecure10. the manager was not communicating well11. the owner was quite rude 12. no welcome kit was provided even though i had booked delux ac bedroomprokriti bon bungalow makes justice to the proverb don't judge a book by its cover. we expect quality, assurance and value for money. this was quite disappointing an experience.

One of the best resort in shantiniketan. Really loved the place. Excellent food and well maintained property.

Very good natural environment and I want to mention some inovative ideas for their gardening.

The only positive point of staying in this property is that it is in the midst of Sonajhuri Forest. Other than that, this bungalow is utterly disappointing. The services, staff behaviour, quality of food and on top of that the attitude of the owner is horrible to start with. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic and not at all spacious. The ground floor rooms are designed in a fashion that there is zero privacy. The staff do not cooperate at all. There is zero management of guests and no place to lodge complaints. People don't get food served on time even if they had placed their orders hours before. The food is absolutely tasteless and overpriced. Do not stay at this property despite the good reviews. (God knows where they are sourced from) There are plenty of better properties in the same price range and location.

it is a peace of heaven on earth. The manager of the place is a thief who manipulates the bill and looted us if nearly 2500 rupees INR. There were lot of manipulation in the bills. One such example we ordered 2 plate of mutton and he gave us two and later billed us for 2.5. no way to refute later right.
