Pro Crunch - A True Cross-fit Training Gym Pros: 1) Individual Attention. 2) They don't have the system of Personnel Trainers (PT) as they give personal attention towards all & they don't charge extra bucks for that. 3) The trainers are Professional Sports-persons, so they understand the anatomy of the body & accordingly helps you in strengthening, improving flexibility & enhancing stamina in short span of time. 4) Different workouts each day. 5) Very less use of the heavy Gym equipment's but the variations they use to workout are more helpful & yields terrific results. 6) Very Fast Weight Reductions. 7) They give professional training for Boxing, Wushu & many more marshal art forms Cons: 1) Sometimes they are very rigorous with their regime.

Great place to learn and practice cross for, martial arts, kickboxing and self defence. The trainers keep everyday exiting as the exercises do change daily. The crowd here is really good and easy going with a helpful attitude. Most importantly everyone is personally trained here.
If you want to learn professional boxing, this is the place. Many gymming places would offer you boxing but they include some basics of boxing in weight reducing program, so you don't actually learn a thing about it. Procrunch provides very professional training. Trainers are good. Environment is very good. You would absolutely love this place if you try out once. There are many other forms they teach here, such as wushu, and many more. If you want professionalism, quality, safety, friendly all in one box, trust me this is the place.
