I have upper back and neck pain since 1.5 year. I have visited two clinics over past 4 months and still the issue was not resolved. Then I visited Proclinica and I attended Physio session under Dr. Vaidehi and she suggested multiple exercises and released my trigger points which helped me in achieving 80% relief. The remaining 20% will depend on the daily exercise and correct sitting posture. She was very professional and knows her stuff. Will definitely recommend coming here if you are also facing same issues due long sitting hours.

I had shoulder surgery, 2 months back at niramay hospital. Where doctor suggested me physiotherapy for my shoulder joint. Immediately I came to proclinica physiotherapy clinic & consulted Dr devayani thakre. I recommended Dr devayani Because she treated my wife for lymphedema & the outcomes was excellent. I visited Pro clinica for my tail bone problem and to my surprise I got to know that they have Advance Laser treatment for the same. I was treated by Dr. Yogeshwari Gunjkar who explained the procedure in detail and answered all my queries. A special thanks to Dr. Devyani Thakre and Dr. Subodh Patle, who kept on keeping the note of the improvment and kept on guiding me throughout the process of one week and also provided exceptional care. I had sever lower back 11 days back that i was unable to walk. So i came to proclinica physiotherapy clinic where i consulted dr devayani thakre. Now i am taking physiotherapy here and i got relief within 5-6 sessions my pain has reduced & now i can walk easily. All doctors and staff in this clinic is very nice and co- operative. I had lymphedema two years back , I came to Devayani mam for my lymphedema treatment. And took complete decongestive therapy for 25 sessions and I felt very good . My lymphedema is now well managed and I am following all instructions as given by Dr. Devayani Thakre. I am very happy with my treatment and the keen knowledge of Devayani mam . I am a neuro patient, left side paralysis. My left hand was so tight that i wasnt able to straighten it at all n also had difficulty in walking. I joined proclinica from 1st may, now i got 40%relief, also able to walk n climb stairs without support. All the staff members and hritik sir are very cooperative and helpful.
