It has been around 15 days since I started working out here. Really enjoying the high energy vibes. I am training with Bakhtawar Sir, who gives his best while coaching everyone. The exercises are very balanced, the staff is very professional, the hygiene and facilities are one of the best in the town. Keep it up!
Best gym facility around. I got myself a personal trainer (Suraj) and he is a great friend now. They tell you your strength and weakness. They cater you personally from diet to workout plan. In short they know more than your body than you do.
