I was completely supported by abhishek sir he was someone who has not only made me lose weight but made me gained a wholesome knowledge about what one should be focusing more on. .being in his guidance is the best motivation ever. I still remember his techniques and especially the great perspective over his clients

This gym is too wonderful to train at. It is well equipped, has friendly staff with great environment and location. The personal trainers here, especially Mr. Abhishek Dhiman are pretty experienced and supportive. He makes the exercise program much safer and effective. In addition to fitness, he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health. I will surely be looking forward to train here under his guidance whenever I am back in Saharanpur for a longer time.
